You are SO wrong about the benefits of the Mycron or any data logger.

You CAN make yourself faster without bum in seat time, in fact it's better because you can break down the circuit into very small sectors and examine each one and compare times through each one.

Your theoretical best lap is your aim and what YOU think and believe is the best approach through a corner, is not always the fastest.

Bum in seat time was all you had in the past but things have moved on.

Accept it.

A bit like the Mac, it's inevitable.
