I`ve got the normal rotax charger & the optimate 4 which you can leave on 24/7 if you want , have a look on spellfame site it tells you what it can do , like DBaldwin said keep your battery`s indoors , I`ve had one of my battery`s for over 4 yrs & its still going strong , I tend to charge them & leave them charging 2 days before I`m going out & have never had a problem yet.
