A friend of ours had a problem with sticking otk brakes. The pads had worn a groove in the lower part of the caliper. It should be a nice flat surface, like the top of the caliper. The pads where kinking over causing the piston to jack as well, causing the pads to stick on. Borrowed a caliper and went 0.5 second a lap quicker. How to repair? Well he was looking at getting the grooves welded up but and filed flat again, but this hasn't happened yet. Hope this helps.
