our practice sessions are split into groups, cadets, 2 junior & 2 senior groups, sometimes more, sometimes less.

each group gets the same track time (usually 10mins) if there are only 3 groups you are out every 30mins, 6 groups you are out once pre hour...but its the same for everyone, regardless if there are 1 or 20 in the group.
