The experiance factor could be a very big piont in these pre S1 club races.
I have a result sheet for one of the heats,the fastest lap was set by dan holland at 45.70 there were 29 starters of which 7 were a second + off the pace,4 were 2secs+,and 2 were 3secs+,thats a third of the field.
Out of the 29 there were only 5 none S1 drivers within a second of the pace,thats could be where it all goes wrong at these pre S1 races.
I dont know what the answer is(clubman & elite races?).
Bet its no fun sitting on pole two races off novice plates with half the S1 grid behind you.
