Why is Atol fuel still at Ł42 a litre when VAT has dropped 2.5%??

And why is it still Ł4.20 a litre when a barrel of oil has dropped in price 70%???

As this recession gets worse I think alot of people will have no choice but to vote with their feet, specially seeing the price of some Tonykart bits in the thread below!!!
