all tyre shops change the valve when changing a tyre. Take the tyre off the rim, clean the beads with a wire brush, clean and check your tyre seat areas. put a thin layer of bead sealer around the wheel bead when you reinflate your tyre leave it on about 30psi for 10 mins then deflate. I've never had one go down on me.
