if there not coming out use a punch but don't expect to be able to use it again. to insert use a socket the size of the bearing and put it in a vice and gently do up the vice with the socket on the bearing and it lined up with the hub or stub. should pop in easily. once i had a bearing friction weld itself to the stub and the only way to get it off was with an angle grinder :D
