hi there

i was in the same predicament as you (Novice licence holder) and this i what i did

Step 1
ticked Kart National B (Novice) and put Ł30 in Total 1.

Step 2
i understand that section 2 is for a team wishing to be able to enter their drivers as a team. i left this blank and put a N/A in total 3.

Step 3 - Extras
again i did not wish for any extras like express handling and therfore put N/A in total 4

Step 4
Again i did not put in for anything so i Put N/A in total 5.

also i believe that in one statement on the back it asks for a photograph to be accompanied, but if your form has an area where it says something like do not attach photograph, or photgraph not needed, then you do not need to send a photograph.

after adding in totals from 1 to 5 into their boxes i came up with a grand total of Ł30, entered my card details and sent away

what i will say is that i sent my licence away on the monday by recorded delivery, recieved email confirming recipet of form on wednesday and recieved email confirming postage on the next monday. best bit about that was i recieved the licence in fridays post. so a total time taken of 3 days. i guess that i did mine at a quiet period but it does beg the question is the express handling charge worth the extra that you pay
