We used one all the time we had the TKM kit.

It's a good mechanism if your back's a bit fragile as your driver can help by jumping in once the karts going and you just have to pull the stringy thing to drop the kart.

The bracket should have enough adjustment to accommodate the angle of the chassis rail.

They can catch if you use the kerbs heavily but HEY, that won't affect you, will it? :)
