Nice try! You accept that the white lines in football are the PERFECT parallel/simile to OUR problem but hope to confuse the subject with a COMPLETELY different rule about off-side!

Why not bring up the rules about half time oranges as well? They would confuse the subject even more! You'd still fail, however!

Once you HAVE accepted that the LOGIC is faultless, then you'll need to find some reason OTHER than LOGIC to defend your stance on kerbs. We have already eliminated 'morality' so I don't see you have a lot of 'ground left!

And the sensible application of the RULES on kerbing are the ONLY thing left in thsi discussion ....... despite the fact that DECENT, CONSISTENT enforcement is VERY 'improbable'!
