I LOVE this approach. First, you try to chellenge the 'point' by saying 'well.... YOU do it!". When I knock THAT argument down, you now suggest that it can't be done......

I see, so, NOT being able to make it 100% effective means that we shouldn't BOTHER with it!

Well, about 10 second's worth of thought would make you wonder about your views on:-

1) Ramming ('firing' in 'new-speak')
2) Illegal Engines
3) Fuel additives
4) Tyre softeners
5) Tyre heating
...etc.

....and on a wider scale....

6) Heroin and Cocaine

Why?

Well, I suspect that we ALSO have not managed to stamp any of THOSE out.... should we use the SAME logic as you are suggesting we use about Kerbs?

Using heat-guns to ... ahem..... 'clean' tyres was ALSO universal and against the rules, has THAT stopped the MSA deciding that practice should be STOPPED, too? In what WAY would that be different for 'kerbing'?

In reality, all I am asking is for the tracks to be REALISTIC about it: all they HAVE to do is to mark the edge of the track (white line) BEHIND the Kerb! For those of you who ARE too mindless to see the damage that kerbing DOES to your karts, then you'd STILL be able to hit as many kerbs as you LIKED...... but you would NOT be cheating to do so! Which you ALL are, today!

Basically, none of you have the right to complain about the MORAL side of 'cheating' while you CONTINUE to PROMOTE cheating in THIS way!
