If we are NOT going to enforce the rule, why the HELL do we HAVE the rule?
No OTHER sport has 'playing surface markers' but still allows the users to 'play' outside them! Imagine the situation in football if the Ref decided...... 'well..... I'll allow Chelsea to play the ball OUTSIDE the pitch.......'
For precision, I am arguing that Alan and the others can GET AWAY with it! They ONLY have to paint the white lines OUTSIDE the kerbs!
Therefore, the question is WHY don't they DO so????
There IS a reason but I suspect some people don't want to ADMIT the reason! It's that refusal to say WHY they don't mark the kerbs as being WITHIN the track limit that gives us the CLUE!
Painting the lines OUTside the kerbs would DESTROY my argument and make ALL driving ON the kerbs fully legal........ so...... why DON'T they?
