Would also suggest Kartparts or S8. Both are Wombwell, Fulbeck and PFI regulars. Both have nice people, can offer what you want, will coach if you want and are successful with their drivers. If you can get to Fulbeck this weekend you could chat to both teams.
Also a possibility is to hire a garage at PFI (at I believe around Ł1200pa) and get repairs/maintainance done by JM or Kartune on site. Easy if you do PFI and Fulbeck (next door - and a much better drivers circuit!!)
Teaming up with another karter who will look after and transport your kart if you half the costs of the 'team' is an interesting idea.
