If I have to work on a Word of Excell Document I open the Word or Excell Doc in Pages or Numbers work on it in a much superior package and then either save it in those software packages if it's for myself or export it back to Word or Excell if I have to sent it to someone with one of those steam driven pc things!

I do the same with Powerpoint Docs, import them into Keynote which is light years ahead of Powerpoint and then either save it in Keynote if it's for myself or export it back to Powerpoint if it's for any neandrathals!

As mentioned elsewhere after showing my 13 year old daughter how to do this on her Mac 2 days ago she said to me yesterday "Dad, Pages is 10 times better than Word"

Thank God Jobs knows how to invent proper software!
