It was agreed to give the CIK/MSA authority to negotiate with the ABkC the introduction of radical measures to achieve a substantial reduction of costs across all karting from 2010.

Failing agreement with ABkC, the CIK/MSA will enforce the necessary measures to achieve this goal.

Oops, sorry I was just dreaming that was Formula One not Karting!
